ONLINE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

• Firstly any item returned must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, no makeup stains and with tags attached. You must have your receipt and there must be no smell of perfume or deodorant, so please take care when trying your purchase on.
• We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind.
• Refunds will only be given if a product is faulty and we can not replace it.
• We are happy to exchange within 14 days from purchase date as long as your garments are in original condition (please read above).
• Strictly no exchange or refund on sale items.
• No exchange on earrings, swimwear or underwear.
• You will be given a credit note that is valid for 3 months as we have a fast stock turnover and can not offer an exchange.
• Your return must be sent via trackable post and be sent with a returns form, click here to download.
